General Class Information:

Dance Tips:

Basic Posture:
Stand with your feet  parallel with knees unlocked.
Straighten your spine until there is not even the slightest
slouch in your upper body. Gently push your shoulders
back and lift your chin to a comfortable level, about 1cm
higher then normal. Flex your abdominal muscles until your
stomach is slightly lifted and you feel tension in your lower
abdomen. Your body should appear calm but proud. With
your arms bent slightly at the elbow, raise them at your
sides until your hands are about chest level. Bend your
wrists slightly raising your hands. Bend your knees just a
little so that they are soft.


Practice, practice, practice
Practice your moves on each side of your body
Practice you moves Slow, Medium & Fast
Start moves on flat feet & then on your toes
Practice your smile
